GENERAL SHIPPING

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days (excluding orders containing pre-orders, weekends & holidays). This does not include time spent in transit once your order has left our facility. We are a small business so these times may vary from time to time.

Pre-order items are items that are purchased prior to their production. A pre-order means you have reserved that item and it will be shipped to you once it is complete. Please refer to the product page for more information. Orders with multiple items containing a pre-order item will not ship until all items have completed production. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.


ADDRESS CHANGE

We are able to update your shipping address as long as the order has not shipped or been processed for shipment yet. If you would like to update your shipping address, please email orders@wearenearmint.com


RETURN POLICY

All sales are final / non-returnable unless there is a damaged product or error in our end. In the event of receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out for an exchange by replying to your order email or contacting orders@wearenearmint.com

REFUNDS

You can check the status of your order by following the link from your confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to fully clear from your statement once the refund has been issued. We are only able to issue refunds to the original payment method.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you believe your item is damaged, please email orders@wearenearmint.com within 7 days of delivery. You should include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged item so that we can investigate. If you have an issue with the playback of a vinyl, CD, or cassette, please send over the above information along with a 10-15 second video displaying the issue. Once this is received we will review the order and contact you.
